I just bought a used car…

I’m not going to claim I’m a big used car specialist or anything, but I still love the thrill of the bargain and the idea of paying half of the car’s listing price just two years after the original owner took it off the lot. Today, I picked up my brand new Aston Martin V8 Vantage from the previous owner; and I can’t wait to show you guys pictures soon!

Planet Hollywood’s Chrysler 300C Stretch Limo

I like me a limo every once in a while; and when in Vegas, I like to splurge a little… This one, however, is not one I actually drove in myself – just snapped a quick picture as it drove by on the legendary Las Vegas Strip

My Love For Exotic Cars Explained

There are many people that do not care what they drive, so long as their vehicles get them where they need to go. Many people maintain filthy cars, not caring what they look like, so long as they run. However, there are also many people that have a love for exotic cars, and whom take care of them as if they were fragile china. What makes some people love these cars this much? Following are some ideas of why some people take tremendous care in choosing exotic vehicles.

First of all, it seems as if exotic car enthusiasts often focus on various, specific models of cars. There are some people who seem to only like such cars as Porsche’s, while other people may fancy Ferrari’s or Lamborghini’s. Some may look to Lotus’s or Corvettes, while others may like Vipers. Of course, there are also some people who like them all. But, what exactly is the fascination about these exotic cars?

For many people, including myself, the speed and easy-handling of many sports cars is a terrific attraction. People feel they have some form of power behind the wheel when they drive a fast, exotic vehicle. This reason, in itself, can make people admire these cars in various magazines and dream of owning one some day. Since most of these cars are a bit expensive, when people do have the opportunity of owning one, they take precise care in maintaining it.

Another huge attraction of exotic cars is that they simply look utterly magnificent. This reason tops my list, as well. While a large amount of people own modest, sensible vehicles, not many people can claim that they own exotic vehicles. This gives rise to another reason that many people choose exotic cars. They are unique; and when people drive them, they get noticed.

To be fair, one must admit that there are many sensible cars that do look attractive such as Mercedes, BMW’s, Mazda’s, Infinities, Nissan’s and Hyundai’s. However, we must all also admit that it is the rare, exotic cars that get the most attention when people drive them. Not only do they look incredible, but they have a certain sex-appeal, as well, which is yet another reason people choose them.

There are many different, exotic cars that people seem to favorite such as the Noble, Porsche’s and the Lotus Elan. However, while these cars look terrific, my personal favorites are the Lotus Elise series, Ferrari’s and Lamborghini’s (all behind the Bugatti Veyron, obviously!). These cars not only have that fantastic look, but they have the speed, power and easy-handling to go along with their looks. One classic car, that looks positively terrific and maintains its status today, is the Countach.

In conclusion, there are many reasons that people may choose exotic cars over modest, sensible vehicles. Although these reasons vary, some of the most popular reasons are listed above. For those people, who love high-end cars, a sensible car will simply never be enough for them.

Silver Audi TT

Snapped this quick silver Audi TT when driving through a residential area just outside of Antwerp in Belgium. Car looked very well-maintained but couldn’t take a closer look… Happy I caught it, though. :)

Sorry for blurring out the license plate, but they’re kind of protective of that stuff here in Europe….

My Favorite Car: The Bugatti Veyron

One of the best sports cars ever to be made is known as the Bugatti Veyron. It is actually the fastest sports, road legal vehicle in the entire world. It has an unbelievable speed of 408.00 km/h. It was actually designed by a German Volkswagen 2006 VeyronGroup, but produced in France. It is named after a French car racer. This is just not any ordinary car that you will see many people driving around in. In fact, you may never get the chance to see anyone near you driving this car. It has a very classy and distinct look to it.

This sports car is going for $2,400,0000. It is the most expensive street car the is legal that is available on the market today. It can reach 0-60 in just 2.5 seconds. It is known to be the fastest street legal car as well when it was just recently tested in July of 2010. The highest speed for this vehicle is 267 mph. This is just one of those cars that are rarely available. It is whatever you want to call it, sleek, sassy, unique, and even dangerous. It is really that bad. People who are actually millionaires will probably be the only people that will get the chance to own a sports car such as the Bugatto Veyron. It is a 16 cylinder engine, and that is something that most people are not used to hearing when it comes to engine size. It also has a total of 1200 HP. It comes with 4 enlarged turbochargers. This vehicle has already been in production since Fall of 2005. The first 5 that are set to be sold will be sold as world limited editions. This is if they haven’t been sold already. Chris Harris, actually had the pleasure to get behind the wheel and get the feel of the Bugatti Veyron. He is from a British magazine, named Evo. This is not a car for just anyone. You must really have a love for very fast sport cars, because this is just not one of, this is the fastest yet. It is different than most sports cars.
